Fall 2011
Click here to see our Fall 2011 Set on Flickr!
So it has been too long since I posted here so I just thought I would update everyone on what has been happening. Brendan is at Kittredge Magnet school and loves it. Loving it can't really do it enough justice. He is thriving there. we are so lucky.
Aidan is still at Hawthorne and is learning how to be a first grader. Ever sensitive, amazingly smart and really loves climbing trees/jungle gyms/anything! He loves finding and reading about animals, but especially about insects.
Keira is at Shallowford Preschool two mornings a week and loves the time she is spending there. It took her a few weeks to adjust but she seems to be loving it there.
She loves to read books, sing songs and wander around with me everyday. We are so luck to have her in our lives!
We took a quick little trip to Hilton Head Island for our fall break with the kids and it was awesome! The wind was crazy strong, so the surf was a little treacherous. But, we rode bikes, swam in the pool and had fun eating out. I loved that part, man. It is a treat to not have to cook everyday.
We also took the kids to the Botanical Gardens to see all the scarecrows in the garden and that was funny.
Halloween was a trip. B was Harry Potter of course, A was Draco Malfoy and of course, Keira was a giraffe! The costumes were really easy to make, but ended up costing more than just buying the cheap robes at Party City. It was fun and Brendan liked that I made his.
Things are plugging along here, getting set for Thanksgiving and Christmas. What do you get boys for Christmas if you don't do videogames??? Ideas needed!~ Enjoy the pics!

Dupa Dupa
Before they came over to babysit, Bridget said to Keira "I like Grandma and Grandpa." And Keira responded "Yes, I like Dupa Dupa." She really does love her Dupa Dupa.

Happy New Year!
It's been a fantastic Christmas break and with all the running around, buying, wrapping, opening and playing with presents we have been swamped. I never got around to sending Christmas Cards this year and was hoping to send out New Years Cards, but that might turn into a dream as well. I'm hoping to get better about posting pictures of our daily life at home and wish you all a wonderful new year!
